Our signature networking mixer, Get In The Mix, hit the big stage this summer at XLFest, and we brought the energy extra large.
From the moment the doors opened, it was clear: this wasn’t just another industry event — it was a full-on creative collision, a celebration of connection, collaboration, and unapologetic creativity.
Hosted by Cynthia Kaye McWilliams
The event was led by none other than Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, Actress, Voiceover artist, Entrepreneur and founder of CynCity Studios. With her signature blend of warmth, wit, and boss energy, Cynthia brought the room together.
The Space
We transformed our XLFest space into a vibrant hub for artists, actors, influencers, and innovators to come together and actually connect — no awkward name tags, just authentic energy and good conversation.

The cameras were rolling and the flash was flashing. From slow-motion cheers to real-time reels, we caught every candid, connection, and curated look.
