The Content Lab

The Content Lab is a dream studio for creatives. Flooded with natural light, the professional photography studio is equipped for editorial shoots, branding sessions, and more. A glam suite provides the perfect setting for hair, makeup, styling, and barbering services, while adjacent office space and TV screens offer flexibility for editing, playback, or presentations. The Press Room is tailored for content creation, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, or livestreams.

Technical needs are covered with ample outlets, HDMI hook-ups, extension cords, and strong high-speed WiFi throughout. Two outdoor decks—one furnished for lounging or outdoor content shoots and one open to creative interpretation—extend the usable space. A private, fenced-in backyard offers an additional production-friendly setting with outdoor appeal.

BONUS: Load-ins and larger productions can take advantage of the 2-car garage access for an additional fee, making gear transport seamless and secure.
